Dr. Rachel Schwartz

Ron Parker is a retired Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). The majority of his career centered on investigations and operations involving Espionage and Foreign Counterintelligence matters.

The last four years of his career Ron was the Counter Terrorism Weapons of Mass Destruction Program (WMD) Coordinator for the St. Louis Division of the FBI. The position had two primary requirements. First were investigations into the clandestine purchase of dual use chemical, biological and nuclear production equipment obtained by designated foreign nations. Second was WMD plan development and exercises for a coordinated FBI response to WMD incidents with Federal, state and local first responder agencies.

His job experience also includes criminal investigations and a Sniper/Observer assignment with a Division Special Weapons and Tactics Team (SWAT). Post retirement experience includes three years as an exercise adjunct with the National Emergency Response and Recovery Center at Texas A&M.
